Junta directiva d'una associació / Board of directors of an association:: A body that represents an association and which consists of at least a chairperson, a secretary and a treasurer. There may also be deputy chairpeople and board members. All the people who occupy those positions are democratically elected at the association's Assemblea general de socis / General assembly of members.
