Reception Guide

The transfer of a rental contract involves the tenant voluntarily choosing to give up their status as the lessee in the contract to somebody else. In some cases, the tenant may receive a payment in return.

The conditions, rights and obligations applicable to the original tenant will all apply to the new tenant.

The lessor must authorise such transfers in writing.
