A principle on which working relations in Spain and the entire European Union have to be based, the application of which is compulsory. The principle consists of avoiding discrimination on the basis of gender, marital status, racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental disabilities, social status, religion or convictions, political ideology, sexual orientation, union membership or language.
Also called a full de salari in Catalan. A sheet of paper that you will be given by your employer, containing details related to your wage.
